Shipping policy
U.S. shipping
Orders ship from our warehouse in Fontana, California. Standard shipping is available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses are not included in this shipping area.
Shipping charges
Charges are based on shipment weight and shown at checkout before payment. All amounts below are in U.S. dollars.
- Up to 340 g: $4.99
- Over 340 g, up to 453 g: $6.99
- Over 453 g, up to 2,267 g: $10.99
- Over 2,267 g, up to 4,535 g: $11.99
For the current 150 g items, a shipment of one or two items is $4.99; three items is $6.99; four to fifteen items is $10.99; and sixteen to thirty items is $11.99. For heavier orders or an address outside our shipping area, contact us before ordering.
When orders leave the warehouse
The warehouse dispatches on business days. All dispatch times refer to the warehouse’s local Pacific Time.
- Paid orders received in the morning on a business day are scheduled to leave that afternoon.
- Paid orders received in the afternoon are scheduled to leave on the next business day.
- Orders received on a non-business day are processed on the next business day.
This schedule applies to available items with complete payment and address information. Dispatch means handover to the carrier; it is not a delivery-date guarantee. Carrier transit time varies by destination and service. Tracking details will be added to your order when provided by the warehouse.
