Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To start a return, email usaaiden963@gmail.com or use our contact page. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please identify your order in the package so we can process it without delay.

Return condition

For a standard return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with its original tags attached. Trying an item on to check the fit is permitted. Please include the original packaging if you still have it. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as you notice the issue and include a description and, if possible, photos so we can help resolve it.

This is our shipping and returns location. Please contact us before mailing an item so we can give you the correct return instructions. Do not send a return to a different address shown on a shipping label.

Return shipping costs

For a standard return because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt. We do not charge a restocking fee. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide instructions before you ship it. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for a standard change-of-mind return; they will be refunded when the return is due to our error, where applicable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you the outcome. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, contact usaaiden963@gmail.com with your order number.
